I had some old rings that I wasn't wearing and took them in to Williams for remodelling. John gave my old stones such a new life with a wonderful design , so beautifully crafted. And I was provided with a valuation certificate and lifetime jewellery check and cleaning! I could not be happier! Thanks Williams Jewellers😁

I dropped 3 pieces of jewellery to be repaired and cleaned. Aside from the astonishingly low cost, they returned my pieces to me in 3 days when they originally quoted 2 weeks! One piece had missing crystals, they were able to find a close match, and I am so happy with the result. What a privilege it is to have such a great business in our community. Vanessa and the team at Williams the Jewellers were incredibly kind and helpful. My boyfriend had bought me a pair of earrings that weren’t quite my style, and when I came in to exchange them, I was really well looked after. They took the time to help me find something I truly loved. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Engagement ring was accidentally too big (bought from another company and they didn’t want to help) but Williams the jewellers were very receptive and eager to help us with open arms and comparatively 7 times cheaper. Will definitely come back and recommend this company over the other (M.H)

I had lost a beautiful gold/diamond earring which had been purchased there some time ago. The entire staff went out of their way to look at old catalogues trying to trace my earring, sadly they couldn't find it, then they offered to trade in my sole earring if they had a new pair that I liked. I found a perfect pair! Williams then gave me the trade in along with a huge discount. I absolutely love this store & can hardly believe how much time they spent on me as a lone customer. I recommend this jeweller to anyone who is looking for more than just a jewellery shop, but a business that goes above & beyond for their customers.

Engagement Ring. The team at Williams the Jewellers were incredibly accommodating, professional, and genuinely understanding. They showed real care and concern for my situation, taking the time to listen and handle everything thoughtfully. The original jeweller we bought the ring from was unhelpful and disappointing (M.H). My partner bought it without checking the size, and they assured him it could be resized later. When he proposed in Japan, it was five sizes too big. Back home (and unworn), they refused to help. They offered to exchange or resize it for $700, but couldn’t even guarantee the stones would stay secure. We were really upset until someone recommended Williams the Jewellers. They had an on-site jeweller who resized it perfectly in less than a day for just $100. They took great care of us and even offered free Coca-Cola (which I happily shared with my work friends!). I’m so grateful for their fantastic service — I’ll definitely be back for my wedding ring. Highly recommend!
